"I am a researcher on Welfare and poverty measurement, Health economics, and Regional development. I obtained my Ph.D in Economics from the University of Essex, in the UK in 2016. At the moment I am the Deputy Secretary of Socioeconomic Planning at the Planning Secretariat of Bogotá City. I am a member of the Colombian Experts' Committee on Monetary and Multidimensional Poverty Measurement. I have worked for the Colombian government and many other different developing countries governments as a consultant hired by different multilateral organizations as the World Bank, the IADB and the UNDP on program evaluation, targeting tools and poverty measurement topics."
